KareFirst employs both newly licensed and experienced nurse practitioners and provides comprehensive training prior to placement within a KareFirst-supported facility. Each nurse practitioner participates in an initial onboarding and orientation process, followed by ongoing monthly clinical education led by a KareFirst nursing educator to support continued professional development and clinical excellence.
Applicants are required to submit a resume to the KareFirst Human Resources Department for review. Qualified candidates will be contacted to schedule an initial phone interview as part of the selection process.
